This privacy statement explains how Sparkfresh.ddd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit sparkfresh.world or interact with us. We will only send commercial electronic messages (such as promotional emails about workshops or events) where permitted under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. This generally means we will send marketing communications only if you have given express consent, there is an existing business relationship and an unsubscribe facility is provided, or another lawful exception applies.
