Our paid and free offerings are educational programmes about everyday eating skills (such as noticing hunger, making food swaps, and building habits). They are not medical treatments, weight-loss programmes, clinical dietetic services, or substitutes for care from a registered dietitian or doctor.

Your remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act may include requiring the service to be brought up to standard or, in some cases, a refund. Bookings and cancellations: Workshop and session fees are confirmed at booking. To cancel or reschedule a paid session, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled without extra charge, subject to availability. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee except where the Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable law provides a remedy.
Refunds: We do not sell supplements, meal replacements, or weight-loss products. Refund entitlements for paid services are described on our contact page and under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other New Zealand consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
